  We don't have this. We don't have that. We're out of this. Ok yes we have that drive up. I'm sorry sir I didn't realise we didn't have that either and you need to wait three more minutes for your drink to brew, is that ok?
  
  Legit. Almost in this order and verbatim. The line was short but took an excruciating amount of time to get to the order post and then another few minutes to the window.
  
  I stop in here frequently on the way out of the casino and this is par for the course. The people working here are often clueless and inefficient. But you know it's not their fault.
  
  Bad leadership and management is the only thing that will cause this level of breakdown at a Tim Horton's.

  Stunning Tim Hortons in a great location. Recently small landscaping added, nice touch. Manager works as hard as the staff and it shows in the service. Recommended.

  Horrible service. 5 mins+ sitting at the window waiting for TWO Bagels. Was overcharged and ordered two peanut butters on each bagel and they were literally next to devoid of Peanut butter.
  
  Edit: second such horrible experience. Pay for 2x peanut butter, get bagel, there is nothing there just a toasted bagel. Had to turn around and go back and into the store then they tried to slap the pb onto the old cold bagel they gave me at the drive thru. Hire someone competent in there please. Will actually never go back now.
