  very bad service and food quality. you know how sometimes people get a hair or a nail in their food sometimes? well i got a wig in my pancakes and also an entire foot in my fries(the mcdonalds employee who gave me my food had his foot in my fries)(i think his nametag said "max"). do not go here if you dont want hair or feet in your food.

  Consistently frustrating experiences. Waiting terribly long in the breakfast drive-thru to have hashbrowns forgotten, nobody supervising a new cashier who's counting change onto the counter and sliding it to me, and about a 50/50 chance of a screwed up order.
  
  Poorest run McDonald's I've ever been to.

  Slowest drive through, have been several times and they have yet to get an order correct. I know its a new location but they need to get the staff to work faster.

  one time i walked into this location and the employee looked at my shoes and said they're ugly and when i ordered my food he gave me a dirty look and i paid 50 for a $43.50 and i only got $5 change. Last time im going to this location

  this is the worst Mcdonalds i have ever been too. the wait times are very long even though they are not busy and the food is always horrible. The fries taste gross and the burgers are over cooked and taste less. I went back a couple of times in hopes that it was new and they were still trying to get things going good but nope its still just as horrible. i will drive the extra 20 minutes to Newmarket if i ever have to have a Mcdonalds burger but i'm not going back to this location.
